Magnesium Enriched Alkaline Super Waters

Our Magnesium Enriched Waters come in two strengths of magnesium, Lite & Classic

We craft our Magnesium Rich Water with all natural full spectrum alkalizing Ionic and Trace Minerals. First our water undergoes purification by reverse osmosis, ozone and UV treatment to remove all impurities. Then we add electrolytes, magnesium and ionic sea minerals to give your body what it needs.

In addition to the proper pH level, our water has a negative ORP rating. To our knowledge our alkaline waters are the only negative ORP alkaline waters on the market. Why does this matter? ORP stands for Oxidation-Reduction Potential and is a popular water quality measurement.  The value can be either positive or negative. Water with a negative ORP is considered a good antioxidant and is more hydrating. Antioxidants counteract free radicals that create aging and disease in the body.

Magnesium Water May Help:

Muscle Support:

  • Helps muscle fibers to relax, and reduces uncomfortable cramping and spasming, like calf muscles or internal smooth muscles like the uterus (to help with menstrual cramps).*
  • Enables the heart to contract and relax contributing to normal heart rate and rhythm*
  • Aids in respiration by relaxing the smooth muscles of the respiratory tract*
  • Promotes good circulation to the brain, genitalia, and hands and feet by relaxing the smooth muscles in your arteries*

Brain and Nerve Support:

  • Promotes relaxation and good sleep because magnesium is important for the functioning of GABA, a brain neurotransmitter that modulates stress responses and serotonin*
  • Plays a crucial role in brain function*
  • Helps improve mood*
  • Helps maintain a healthy stress response*
  • Essential for healthy nerve function throughout the body*

Blood Sugar Metabolism:

  • Promote optimal insulin sensitivity*
  • Helps maintain healthy blood sugar levels*

Healthy Bones:

  • Promotes healthy bone formation via vitamin D metabolism*
  • Supports kidney health by keeping calcium in the bones and out of the kidneys*
  • Magnesium supports healthy arteries by keeping calcium in the bones and out of the arteries.*

Detox Your Body

Despite magnesium’s importance to human health, many of us have less than an optimal level. According to World Health Organization statistics, as many as three out of four U.S. adults do not meet the FDA’s Recommended Daily Intake for magnesium.

The Recommended Daily intake for Magnesium for adults is about 300-400mg. You may drink up to 1/2 Gallon of Natural Magnesium Rich Water daily.

definition and benefits of the trace minerals in our magnesium water

  • Magnesium is arguably the most important mineral for health. It is used in over 1,000 biological processes. It supports energy production, restful sleep, metabolism, muscle function, heart health, cell & DNA function, and mood/peace of mind. Magnesium is an essential co-factor required by 300 enzyme systems that promote thousands of biochemical reactors in the body. Magnesium supports 80% of known metabolic functions, facilitates the structural integrity of protein, stabilizes and protects DNA and RNA, transmits nerve signals, relaxes muscles, and creates Mg-ATP energy packets. Magnesium also supports healthy bones by regulating calcium absorption and metabolizing the active form of Vitamin D from its storage form.

  • Chloride, although it sounds similar to chlorine, the two should not be confused! Chloride is one of the major minerals which our bodies need in relatively larger amounts to keep healthy. Chlorine is mainly used to keep swimming pools clean. Chloride is one of the major minerals, which our bodies need in relatively larger amounts to keep healthy. Chloride is key in controlling the amount of water and the type of compounds and nutrients that go in and out of cells. Overall, they play an important role in keeping the balance of our bodies’ fluids (thus, helping to regulate our blood pressure as well as the pH. Chloride is also important to help the muscles and heart contract and to help our nerve cells carry messages (nerve impulses) between the brain and the body. More so, this mineral is needed to help red blood cells exchange oxygen and carbon dioxide in both the lungs and other parts of the body (delivering oxygen and taking up carbon dioxide). Lastly, chloride also plays a role in the digestion of foods, by supporting the production and release of hydrochloric acid (HCl) in the stomach, without which foods could not be properly digested and absorbed.
  • Sodium gets a bad rap, but actually it’s one of the seven essential minerals the body needs to survive. Without sodium, your muscles would not contract, and your nerves would not transmit messages. Your body would retain too much fluid. The body cannot make sodium on its own and instead relies on you for its supply. It doesn’t need much. Dietary Guidelines recommend that healthy people should consume no more than 2,300 mg of sodium a day. Those with chronic disease, such as high blood pressure or congestive heart failure, should consume less – only about 1,500 a day.
  • Potassium is an essential mineral that is needed by all tissues in the body. It is sometimes referred to as an electrolyte because it carries a small electrical charge that activates various cell and nerve functions. Potassium is found naturally in many foods and as a supplement. Its main role in the body is to help maintain normal levels of fluid inside our cells. Sodium, its counterpart, maintains normal fluid levels outside of cells. Potassium also helps muscles to contract and supports normal blood pressure.
  • Sulfate is required for proper cell growth and development of the organism. It is involved in a variety of important biological processes, including biosynthesis and detoxification via sulfation of many endogenous and exogenous compounds. In the last decade, a tremendous amount of knowledge has been gathered on the processes by which cells import/export essential ions across their cellular membranes and how individual systems maintain the precise levels of ion concentrations for proper body function. One essential electrolyte is inorganic sulfate, an anion which is required by all organisms for life.
  • Silica, also known as silicon, is a beautifying mineral which offers many incredible health benefits. It is most commonly known as a supplement for healthy skin, hair, and nails but new studies have shown that it contains many more health benefits that can help treat insomnia, atherosclerosis, tuberculosis, and a wide range of skin conditions. Occurring naturally in the earth’s crust and in trace amounts in the body, silica is the second most available mineral in the world.
  • Calcium is a mineral most often associated with healthy bones and teeth, although it also plays an important role in blood clotting, helping muscles to contract, and regulating normal heart rhythms and nerve functions. About 99% of the body’s calcium is stored in bones, and the remaining 1% is found in blood, muscle, and other tissues.
